Ordering & Pre-Orders
A pre-order means you place and pay for your order before we ship the batch. We collect orders from multiple customers, then bulk-purchase and ship everything together — which is how we keep prices low.
After a batch closes, shipping typically takes 3–6 weeks from China or the US. We will notify you by email at every stage — when the batch ships, when it arrives, and when it's ready for pickup or delivery.
You can cancel your order before the batch closes and payment is confirmed. Once the batch has been ordered from the supplier, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
A batch is a group order window. We open a batch for a set period, collect all customer orders, then place one big order with suppliers. This lets us get bulk pricing and pass the savings on to you.
Yes, as long as the batch is still open. Simply place a new order and we will link it to your account. Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm.
Payment
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and cash on pickup. Payment details are shown at checkout.
Payment is required to confirm your order. Once you pay, your order is locked into the batch. We will send you a confirmation.
Yes. All payment details are handled securely. We do not store card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer both home delivery and pickup. Delivery fees vary by location and are shown at checkout.
Pickup location details are shared when your order is ready. Follow us on Instagram or WhatsApp us for the latest pickup point.
We inspect all items before dispatch. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

We source directly from manufacturers in China and the US. This lets us offer premium products at prices that beat local retail.
Yes — we use real product images. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, but we strive for accuracy.

Yes, an account is required so we can track your orders and keep you updated at every stage.
